- 5 cloves garlic, remove skin and sliced
- 5 cloves red garlic, remove skin and sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 thumb of galangal
- 3 glasses of water
How To Make Chicory Soup
- 1.Boil 3 glasses of water in a pan, then put garlic, red garlic, galangal and tomato when the water is already seething.
- 2.Put the carrots, and add salt and sugar as you like.
- 3.Lastly, put the chicory into the boiled water.
